      Pros

      Great culture and people. Well made product that has the market. Good place if you are entry level.

      Cons

      Salaries are WELL below market level. President runs the company like a dictatorship, managers have no real power. President micromanages EVERTHING. Company has a high turnover rate, employees seem to get experience there and then leave to a real company. The only was to move up is to play politics and kiss the Presidents behind 24/7.

      Be prepared to work long hours, and be micromanaged by upper management where priorities change daily.

      Free snacks and drinks Good health care and retirement benefit End-of-year free trip paid by company to Las Vegas or Mexico Islands

      Cons

      Lots of deadline pressure. Messy materials flow in the production plant, and it is hard to keep the data accurate. Micro-management style.
