Qualified is filled with some of the brightest individuals I've met. The caliber of people here is simply outstanding. Every colleague I work with is not only incredibly intelligent and hardworking, but genuinely enjoyable to be around. The collaborative environment means you're constantly learning from brilliant minds, which accelerates your own development in ways you wouldn't get elsewhere. Working here has been transformational for my career. In just 2.5 years, I've been promoted twice and even had the opportunity to transition between departments which speaks volumes about how much they invest in employee growth and recognize potential across different areas. Every day at Qualified is truly riveting and I'm truly excited to come to work. On top of this all, our product and company is moving in a phenomenal direction. I can't wait to see where we continue to go.
Cons
With being a company that is moving at the pace that it is, it definitely is not a laid back spot to work at. That should be expected/a given when choosing to join a fast moving start up though.
