Pros

-You'll work with some of the smartest people in the industry -Get paid pretty well -You will soak up a ton of information, use it to up your game and lean into what can make you excel in your role

Cons

-PTO feels restricted, "unlimited" isn't really true, as there are "limits" based on tenure -Culture has taken a turn for the worse, everyone is worked to the bone and leadership is operating out of fear rather than sensibility -Promotion process is unorganized -Merit increases are vague -Employees are scared to speak up in fear they'll be pip'd or face retaliation -Most benefits have been stripped -Teams are getting smaller as people leave, with or without a new opportunity

Pros

I will always look back on my time at Qualified with fond memories. It is a fast-paced, hard-working, smart group of individuals. Everyone respects and appreciates one another, and that is visible even from the top down.

Cons

Startups aren't for everyone. It's very fast-paced, and a lot is expected of you. Everyone needs to be willing to roll up their sleeves and do the job.

Pros

- Leadership team and product are unmatched, if you want to learn the ins and outs of how to run a business, while learning from everyone you work with on a day to day, this is the spot for you - Everyone at this company is excellent and exemplary at what they do, everyone pushes each other to be the best - The transparency culture is unlike any other company I've been at, you know exactly where you stand from a personal, professional, and performance standpoint every single day you work here - People here genuinely want you to succeed and grow in your career - our new head of HR has done a fantastic job at allowing people early in their career explore what they'd actually like to do/try out

Cons

The transparency culture is not for everyone, and that's ok - you will know exactly where you stand every day you work here, if that scares you, it's likely not going to be a fit
