Disrespectful tactics and liars all around - Sourcer Qualigence Employee Review

Pros

Remote work, or at least that’s what they say. Mandatory in office starting soon. Firing people not living in Michigan left and right. Hired a ton of people last summer, we’re all gone.

Cons

The CEO will flat out lie to your face. Every couple of weeks he sends out a little video ensuring the companies “success” and that “we’re making moves for the future”. Then proceeds to lay off 3-5 people a month. I personally asked him after a round of layoffs if more would be coming. He told me he does not see a need for that. 3 weeks later I was laid off on a group Teams call with 4 others being laid off. I have NEVER been disrespected so much in my life! No severance, no paid out PTO, not even allowed to asked questions. A group call, seriously?! Next time just send an email. Also, you will be underpaid and over promised. If you’re hired as a Sourcer you will do all the work of a Recruiter for less pay.

Appreciate your perspective and comments and understands your anger is effecting both. Change is not easy when it affects someone’s role and can cause significant emotion. Changes are constant, that’s for certain. And as new information or circumstances arise, decisions need to be made in response to those changes. In many of those videos that were mentioned, there was clarity that changes would occur to create efficiencies and streamline our ability to deliver a top notch service to our clients. That did include changes to a handful of roles including your position as a Sourcer. I am shocked that you feel questions could not have been asked as every member of the team has my personal cell. If you felt that anything was handled in a less than appropriate way, I would be happy to discuss with you. No organization is perfect, however we are always open to constructive discussion to improve. We still with you luck in all you do.

Pros

I value working for an organization that doesn't encourage immoral behavior in order to increase revenue. The job is actually more fulfilling when integrity is prioritized during the hiring process.

Cons

You won't close positions as quickly as some competitors due to the meticulousness needed for each placement, but quality is more important.

Pros

You have some pretty cool coworkers. Not Mangement though. Some good potlucks & board games in office

Cons

Terrible leadership, pyramid schemes, and a Shady CEO as well as Shady upper management. No job security and you will get fired at any moment. Company is losing contracts every other month and company is not worth it.

Thank you for the comments. Unclear about your comment about a "Pyramid Scheme" as there is no upline or downline. Our hourly model is simple and clear for our clients, as is our team member compensation model. I do agree improvements could and should be made to additional compensation opportunities in terms of bonuses for non-sales members. Like all organization, any terminations are based on performance and return on investment. If the cost of the team member exceeds the value of the team member, there may be a change. We are proud of the fact that we have many 20 year team members. Thank you for bringing to our attention your perspective of "Management pulling aside employees to threaten them". This the first time I have heard of that and will follow up to determine if this is in fact accurate. Thank you for the time it took to write your review. Although we do not agree with much of your perspective, it's valid to you. This shows we have some work to do and we will to continue to engage with the team members who show up each and every day and give their best to each other and to the our clients.
