      company pay very low salary and no respect for employees no proper growth no learning only work pressure leaders doesn’t care at all not worth staying here useless hr team if you complain anything they will tell everything to manager and only problems after that

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
