      Pros

      Great opportunities to grow in the company, Feeling of a big family. Support and Promote their EEs. Working with the biggest companies and enterprises in the Israeli market.

      Cons

      I was looking for but couldn`t find much, I think that I might change only the New employees recruitement process to let the new EEs know QualiTest better and get the relation feeling on the first days.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
