      Gives good hike at the time of joining

      Cons

      Mostly project are short term duration. HRs can change their statement and lie to to you anytime. Very poor management when it comes to resouorce allocation Not much benefits in terms of allowances.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
