      The company is a Growing company in all fields , and its on you for opportunities to grab , it has a very flexible move to acquire your proffesional in any country you want , wherever the opportunity knocks in . HR and People are very helpful and no bridge to communicate with MD , Vice president or any senior management .

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
