Pros

Snacks and Drinks, Monthly Events/Lunches, Most Holidays Off, Some Projects are A Cake Walk (This is also kind of a con for when you leave), WFH Schedule

Cons

Managers were a mixed bag of good and terrible. You are given something to learn and that's it. No real help from management unless you constantly go to them, assuming you want to (again some managers were awful and I actively avoided them). You may learn one skill that is helpful, but when you look for another job they will want you to have way more testing skills. Minimal career advancement. This one might be less important, but you will have an initial desk, then you will be put on a project and you'll have to move to sit close to your project mates regardless of how long you sat at that desk. If you get put on another project, guess what, time to move. As if Teams/Slack, email or legs don't exist. I wouldn't suggest working here, but if you do, get in good with the managers as fast as possible and continue learning because the experience from this job didn't help me one bit.

We encourage our employees to bring to attention any concerns he or she may have regarding their employment at Qualitest. Pros

Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

Cons

Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
