No stable or long running projects (In my 3yrs so far, never worked in any project for even a year continuously) No bench policy and so need to give interviews and immediately find another project as soon as one ends Need to be very flexible and adaptable to any technology or area of work Recognition and Compensation are not fair Just small office spaces and can't expect like top MNCs with major facilities, sports, food courts etc
