      good to learn as a fresher, with a low salary

      Cons

      If projects are not there then would be ask to resign anytime, No stablility. Avoid long term stay, Very resonable salary and hike, not as per the industry standards.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
