Pay was good, 401k meh, people are friendly. Training was thorough, job was interesting. Policies and guidelines were fair. Clean environment. Recommend
Where do I begin? This company does not pay well and anyone with experience stays away because QED will not pay you what you are worth. Job postings stay up for months because of this. Managers don't work well together and the employees get screwed in the end. You can submit ideas to improve, but they don't care and nothing is done to make your job better. Morale is low because of this. HR department is useless. Walk into their office and all you see is people on their cellphones. Heck one time I walked in and the HR guy didn't even log into his computer and this was in the middle of the day.
