The company structure seemed to lack clear planning and long-term organization in certain workflows, creating uncertainty in day-to-day work. Compensation and role expectations, particularly for some positions such as Business Analyst roles, felt inconsistent with workload and responsibilities. I also felt that employee placement and treatment could vary significantly depending on educational background and other factors, rather than being based purely on skills and performance. Communication and team culture varied across departments, and the overall environment sometimes felt fragmented rather than collaborative. My advice to anyone considering opportunities there is to do thorough research, ask detailed questions during interviews, and speak with current or former employees before making a decision. This reflects my own experience and perspective, and others may have different experiences.
