      Presales manager doesn't have any managerial skills Presales manager doesn't know the difference between technical training and sales training Presales manager doesn't accept any ideas that are not out of her mind Presale manger doesn't know how to train new comers to the need job and make knowledge transfer

      * stable environment * The company provides amazing job security for the most part :) * ample opportunities for learning * variety of projects large scale projects in different fields, and technologies to work with, they have secured many government contracts in Egypt and Arab world * There's an opportunity to shape the direction of your career to an extent * Coworkers are great for the most part :) * Working from home policy * No delay at salary

      * Unfair salaries, we are regularly lower than natl average * Irregular and little annual raise and bonus * No obvious path for promotion * Career advancement can be slow * There's no clear plan for technical excellence * Waterfall methodology * No obvious kpis for appraisal * They're not very innovative when it comes to technology outside of GIS * Bad top management Despite this, it's a good place to start your career and offers good work/life balance, But working there for a long time will make your daily life boring and exhausting

      One of the oldest companies in the GIS field ,great history working from 25years, an alkan CIT company ( Part of a great entity ) , no delay at salary , Health and social insurance

      Cons

      Bad and dangerous company location , no working from home, they old fashion management, bad environment , bad management , sooo bad CEO, no work life balance.
