Pros
-It's employee experience is better than most other companies -Stock benefits are nice if you are planning on staying more than 3 years. -Team chemistry is some of the best I've seen in my whole career -Career growth opportunities are great due to encouraged mobility within the company (you can move to a different team relatively easily if you are hitting your limit in terms of career growth on your team) -work life balance is there if you force it
Cons
-I have zero trust for senior leadership. They are more Transparent with external shareholders than with their own employees (lots of internal embellishment to attempt to keep morale high that doesn't show up in external communications) -They are constantly reorganizing the company to try to improve collaboration, but the truth is the processes and key metrics are not aligned across departments. -They twist data to fit their narrative instead of building their plans/making decisions based on data -DEI has not been a focus through the return to office mandate distractions
