Not worth it!!!! - Decision Scientist Quantiphi Employee Review

Yes now we come to the actual list which Quantiphi boasts of. : Good for nothing.. : Man management to the core : No work-life balance : People working I mean almost 96% plus people working for than 10 hours. : Polictics at every level : Every one is terrified with their job security : They have Hire & Fire Policy : No modules no proper policy in place only politics(repeatative point to emphasize the level to which politics ) : No growth if you are not in good books of founders. Before I end up: Very Important Point(VIP) : Company takes Glassdoor reviews damm seriously.. They even held many sessions to discuss on this. They even employed some members to track glassdoor reviews and after every negative.. please take help from HR and write positives... How mean? But true.. They do ask members to write up reviews to showcase positive points.. Just a check: Check out for yourself try to analyze all the positives check them out for yourslef...
