- The absence of CTO: All the four founder had experience in somewhat operation or finance related roles. So they lack the capabilities of taking a technical decision. The company is in a desperate need of a CTO and some really experienced technical architect. - Very high attrition rate: Most of the experienced employees have resigned or are planning to resign. - The company is run by BA: At Quantiphi, a BA is considered to be the project lead. A fresher a made BA here and handed over the responsibility of all the deliverable. So all middle management is consist of inexperienced BA. - Favoritism: Quantiphi has a pool of butterflies and the founder favors them publicly. They are given large hike, even twice in a year sometimes. Their word will be taken against yours even if you are more qualified and experience for that particular task. - Absence of Skill development Program: The company has fancy office but no library. They never organize any knowledge gaining session for fresher. They never forget to arrange "What's with Q" & "Super Saturday" like gimmick where they will advertise why quantiphi is a awesome place to work. So that nobody leaves the company. But they never take initiation of organizing training session on technology.
