      Stay away this is a complete disaster of a company mainly family members. Do not let them get involved in your business they have zero clue how to manage people or run a company. Track record will tell you everything.

      Challenges, freedom to grow and learn

      Cons

      Job security is not there. Management expanded too quickly, and projected poorly. Management is still there, but a lot of others got laid off due to their incompetence.
