* Focused plan on quarterly and yearly progress * Remote * Little to no "crunch time" * Great Benefits * Working to improve tools for developers/teams
Cons
* Time wasting all hands standup * Current tools are sometimes a pain to use, but they have a whole team trying to make things better. * Laughable salary increase (although they were operating at a loss).
