Pros
I worked for Qubika for almost three years and was released because of "budget cuts". Obviously I wouldn't have stayed if I wasnt content and I eventually became the longest standing Austin member until recently. People are nice, benefits are good, flexibility was great, It was a comfortable job for the most part, I really liked everyone I intereacted with and I really grew to love my team and see them as my friends.
Cons
Extremely unorganized from when I started to when I left. In the almost three years I was there, I was never given the career path and growth they outwardly promote as a benefit. The American team is often forgotten about and looked at second. Because of this I had to beg and beg for more opportunities and wasnt given any regardless of how hard I tried. When I went for advice and pushed for growth, I was told the role I had "was not good for me to grow in". Many members in Latin America and those in technical roles were given the growth thats promised and you see that daily, which I saw as extremely unfair. It was a good job, but I did not have the potential to have a career here.
