Cons
Culture has become more and more toxic over the years. They want people working even over the weekends under false promises of better salaries. Many projects are stale and boring, with no room to grow. Lots of "internal initiatives" only meant for people to believe they're important or recognized. Leadership is bad and micromanaging. Some so-called leaders are representing the company in the US market without even speaking a decent level of English (100% friendship culture). The good talents that were still believing and waiting to be recognized are finally understanding it won't ever happen and leaving the company.
