      Pros

      Management never paid attention to what I did so I could come and go as I please.

      Cons

      Aloha spirit only exists if you are from the island. I came from the mainland and people were rude, nasty, unwilling to try new things, and very standoff-ish. Other analysts had to work very long hours, weekends, nights, you name it to get projects done. Couldn't make changes to Epic without talking to Epic. Why send people to be certified on a product and then not let them do anything? Parking is awful.

      Great leadership at the department I was in.

      Pros

      They are working hard to get back to pre-pandemic strength. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Management is top heavy. They are too many at the at the top with priorities that do not align with one another making it difficult to know the direction of the organization.
