Pros

They appear like they try to make things easier for the nurses. Benefits as of now are good. I think we might be one of the few companies that still have both retirement and 401k match.

Cons

Very clique, very hard to get hired into but a lot easier if you know somebody. Employee parking sucks, takes 15 years to get an on campus parking slot.

Management never paid attention to what I did so I could come and go as I please.

Cons

Aloha spirit only exists if you are from the island. I came from the mainland and people were rude, nasty, unwilling to try new things, and very standoff-ish. Other analysts had to work very long hours, weekends, nights, you name it to get projects done. Couldn't make changes to Epic without talking to Epic. Why send people to be certified on a product and then not let them do anything? Parking is awful.
