Atrocious management and face fits mentality - Transport Planner Quest Medical Employee Review

Management lacks experience being 29 doesn’t know how to deal with people, no training provided unless there is a free moment, despite explaining you are essentially sitting there doing nothing. Then they don’t understand why you can’t do something. Do not work here at weekends there are approx 14 members of staff in the transport department - at weekends you are literally there on your own manning 2 phones and emails and all the drivers. Drivers make you a scapegoat for the managements failings.
