Pros

The products we sell are good, competitive and generally easy to sell. The company does reward their staff with great President club locations and no expense spared sales kick offs! Uncapped commissions and people are close to 6 figure salaries. Great team environment.

Cons

There are some really great aspects about working there but the downside is very bad. Direct management in the ISR team has had a really bad bully culture over the past few years. In fact, a number of HR cases have been brought up, only for no action to be taken. Everyone who has raised a formal complaint, no longer works there. Managed out or redundancy. HR are very keen to have 'informal & private' chats, which, I have seen myself, go straight back to the manager. There is also alot of favourtism, inconsistency and double standards. The difference to you hitting and missing your number can and does depend on the first of those 3.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
