Cons
The Teaching Assistants are told they are professionals by Administration, and the job can be extremely demanding and stressful, yet, the administration at Questar III still does not see it befitting for the Teaching Assistants to earn a LIVING WAGE. This company should be ashamed of itself for paying salaries that makes push some of the Assistants eligible to be on food stamps and/or on some kind of government assistance due to not being paid a living wage. Salaries are begin at $16,832 a year and only increase to $26,902 after 15 years of service. Mind you most TA's are mature adults who are very experienced and caring professionals.
