Supportive management and fun environment, but it's a grind - Client Service Representative Quick-Capital Funding Employee Review

I’ve been working as a Project Assistant at Quick Capital Funding and genuinely enjoy my role. The environment is fast-paced but exciting, and management gives you the tools to succeed. Communication between departments is strong, and leadership is approachable and focused on improvement. There’s a structure for learning, and you’re encouraged to take initiative and build new skills. The team works hard, but there’s mutual respect and appreciation for everyone’s contribution.

Work can be fast-moving, so you need to stay organized

• team can be supportive and wants you to succeed • provide free snacks/coffee • they let you ease into it, don’t expect too much when first starting • management does offer feedback, not as often as I would like (once or twice a month) • culture is chill, crack jokes here and there

• could feel like there’s micromanaging at times • if your new, be careful with AE’s as they do look out for management when they’re not on the floor • no phones in sight (feels like I’m back in high school) • when I worked there, there was no talk about benefits at all whatsoever • fed once a month at the end of the month (good food tho) • sometimes you call people from years ago and leads go no where, then when you don’t perform they get upset at you but literally the leads that are given to you are just so old and useless.
