Quick Quack is one of those rare places where the culture is seen through actions, not just words. It is a culture of smart, kind, and driven individuals. I’m very fortunate to have had the opportunity to grow with the company, and I’m better off as a result. As a leader and as an individual.

There is a TON of growth and new stores opening constantly, which can be a pro and a con. You are never bored but you also won’t have much of a break. Depends on how you view that. You might also get pigeon holed into certain tasks and work areas. In the end, I only left because I was moving, otherwise I’d have stayed.

For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures. * Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously. * The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
