Pros

I never thought I would say that I genuinely enjoy working for a company, let alone a car wash, but I love working for Quick Quack Car Wash. This is the first job where I feel like I am making a difference not only in my fellow team members' lives but also in the company as a whole. I have a team I love working with, and the culture is not just words. We just had our annual HR Meeting, and I left feeling motivated and connected with the goals of my team, my department, and the org as a whole. I am challenged every day, and I know I have a team behind me, ready to provide any help I may need.

Cons

I have no personal negatives with the company. I think some might find it frustrating that management sometimes leaves you to figure things out yourself, but they do so to see how far you can get on your own before you need help. Leaders and coworkers also hold you accountable for your role, actions, and words. But these are all things I believe your coworkers and leaders should do.

Pros

* Made some good friendships with coworkers. * Learned customer service skills and how to work in a fast-paced environment. * The job helped me gain work experience and confidence interacting with customers. * Some team members were supportive and willing to help new employees learn.

Cons

* I felt there was favoritism at times, and some employees seemed to be treated differently than others. * Communication from management was not always clear or consistent. * Safety and training expectations did not always seem to match what employees were being told to do on the job. For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures. * Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously. * The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
