There is a TON of growth and new stores opening constantly, which can be a pro and a con. You are never bored but you also won’t have much of a break. Depends on how you view that. Working from five to four days to only one or two a week was absolutely absurd. Dealing with so many rude customers is only worth so much especially being forced to sell an $40 dollar membership without any benefits behind it, definitely not worth the “$14.40”. I also never got my $40 awardco from the grand opening from one of the regionals “Kieth”. The other regional Recie might seem nice but behind closed doors but is really fake and only cares about adding and enforcing unnecessary rules and restrictions.
