Pros

Pay and compensation are adequate for the position and duties. The position is steady, consistent and rewarding when you have the right team in place supporting you.

Cons

There should be a more formalized process for professional development and growth within the company. It seems like individuals can stay in positions for long periods of time without further developing their skill or moving to new positions within the company. It also seems that the company has become more driven by the numbers vs fostering a positive the company culture. Work life balance is also at times unattainable when there is an expectation to have meetings on “off days” or when maximum effort is given yet little to no recognition of that effort is made. It is also said that the goal is to not have a sales environment that feels forced, yet it feels as if at any moment we may lose our jobs for not being able to sell the required percentage of memberships which is often outside of our direct control despite our best efforts. It is difficult to feel good about effort made, and working hard when the approach from upper management is unrealistic expectations of team members.

Pros

* Made some good friendships with coworkers. * Learned customer service skills and how to work in a fast-paced environment. * The job helped me gain work experience and confidence interacting with customers. * Some team members were supportive and willing to help new employees learn.

Cons

* I felt there was favoritism at times, and some employees seemed to be treated differently than others. * Communication from management was not always clear or consistent. * Safety and training expectations did not always seem to match what employees were being told to do on the job. For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures. * Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously. * The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
