Pros

The culture of smart, kind, and driven, gives you the opportunity to work with incredible team members (in and outside your department) who will help, support and mentor you and help you grow in your career and personally.

Cons

Specific departments are mismanaged, and have made little efforts to improve after lots of feedback coming directly from their team members and upper management, in addition to increased team member turnover. Department directors are not holding their teams accountable, putting a lot of stress and heavy workload on essential team members who are in charge of executing costly and time-consuming plans. When coming up with actionable solutions to ongoing issues, we're offered options with no long-lasting results.

Pros

* Made some good friendships with coworkers. * Learned customer service skills and how to work in a fast-paced environment. * The job helped me gain work experience and confidence interacting with customers. * Some team members were supportive and willing to help new employees learn.

Cons

* I felt there was favoritism at times, and some employees seemed to be treated differently than others. * Communication from management was not always clear or consistent. * Safety and training expectations did not always seem to match what employees were being told to do on the job. For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures. * Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously. * The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
