Pros

Great coworkers who are not managers

Cons

Lack of training, they will not take responsibility for your lack of training and will write you up and quickly remove you because of this. HR will not listen to you nor go against managers. Poor management and training available for employees and they enforce policies whenever they want and ignore them whenever they want.

Pros

Why would you want to work at a car wash? Sometimes you will get asked this. It’s because of the people. Those who are committed to changing lives for the better. Your life, in particular. Quick Quack is one of those rare places where the culture is seen through actions, not just words. It is a culture of smart, kind, and driven individuals. I’m very fortunate to have had the opportunity to grow with the company, and I’m better off as a result. As a leader and as an individual.

Cons

There is a TON of growth and new stores opening constantly, which can be a pro and a con. You are never bored but you also won’t have much of a break. Depends on how you view that. You might also get pigeon holed into certain tasks and work areas. In the end, I only left because I was moving, otherwise I’d have stayed.

Pros

* Made some good friendships with coworkers. * Learned customer service skills and how to work in a fast-paced environment. * The job helped me gain work experience and confidence interacting with customers. * Some team members were supportive and willing to help new employees learn.

Cons

* I felt there was favoritism at times, and some employees seemed to be treated differently than others. * Communication from management was not always clear or consistent. * Safety and training expectations did not always seem to match what employees were being told to do on the job. For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures. * Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously. * The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
