Pros
The only positive of this company are the people you are on the ground with. Without them I would have been gone a long time ago.
Cons
Where to start. No salary increase in 2024. 2-3% in 2025. My spending power is lower as a senior analyst than it was when I was a fresh grad 5 years ago. Multiple people are leaving for similar roles elsewhere with 30-50% pay increases. 30+ people have left with over 120 years of experience between them since December 2025 - April 2026, 13% of the total employees in the UK. It seems that leadership do not care at all about the "brain drain" as they just bring in a fresh grad to replace the senior individual, whilst retaining the same billing rates, and actually end up making more money - I feel bad for the clients in these instances. Leadership seem so busy trying to secure themselves roles within our parent organisation that they have forgotten they are meant to be managing a business. The employees on the ground here put in so much work dealing with difficult, director level stakeholders with minimal support and then get shafted in the compensation department. There is no overtime or TOIL procedure as standard and yet there are unwritten expectations that you have to work late to get the job done. Just because leadership has oversold and understaffed the project. I'm at my wits end - I am too busy with work to even apply for other jobs else I would be out of here in a heartbeat. Sort it out.
