Pros
They generally have lots of work, although there were many recent periods of little to no work and offered for us to volunteer to go home. Management was upbeat and encouraging most days.
Cons
Lack of transparency from managers, leads. We recently got a new Operations Manager who is intolerable to work with. She is heavily focused on metrics, productivity, but does not encourage or welcome fresh ideas to to improve the working environment or to help improve the performance. I was told one day that I was doing my job satisfactorily and a few days later I am told that I am below the contracted productivity. I have worked there since January 2021 and only once was informed about the required productivity requirement. I was asked to cross train on another task, which I agreed to and then when I went to do it, I was told that was insubordination and was written up and told I wasn't following direction. The manager and leads were almost in my face and I felt threatened. I informed the upper management and for my safety, I decided to not return to the obvious toxic work environment. The company has had a tremendous turnover of employees, permanent and temporary. Not a good sign for an employer to have.
