Pros

Hired entire fulfillment team when the company I formerly worked for sold their fulfillment ops.

Cons

Management has no idea what they're doing, Leads are given NO DIRECTION and are BARELY TRAINED before being expected to train new employees and begin their day. VERY short supplied. Hiring a crazy amount of temps during the Covid-19 outbreak and not practicing social distancing, construction was painting in the lunchroom, leaving employees in a non ventilated area, any time you question anything you are either told that "That's not how other facilities do it" or they have no idea how to answer. Manager yells at people for sitting under any capacity while he sits and watches. Manager rumored to have Covid-19, No transparancy, wrongful termination, No compassion for employees.

Pros

-Steady schedule (M-F 7-3:30PM) -Opportunity for advancement for ambitious hard working individuals -Some overtime during busy seasons - Great safety Management/team creating a nice safe working environment -Some very helpful, amazing people work here. Most of the staff is very friendly.

Cons

-Can be difficult to work here if you are not Hispanic. Depending on the manager you work under, you could be treated differently if you are not. -It takes a very long time to get hired on with Ql. I've met some temps that have been here 2+ years and they are good workers. -Pay is sub par, under industry average

Pros

They generally have lots of work, although there were many recent periods of little to no work and offered for us to volunteer to go home. Management was upbeat and encouraging most days.

Cons

Lack of transparency from managers, leads. We recently got a new Operations Manager who is intolerable to work with. She is heavily focused on metrics, productivity, but does not encourage or welcome fresh ideas to to improve the working environment or to help improve the performance. I was told one day that I was doing my job satisfactorily and a few days later I am told that I am below the contracted productivity. I have worked there since January 2021 and only once was informed about the required productivity requirement. I was asked to cross train on another task, which I agreed to and then when I went to do it, I was told that was insubordination and was written up and told I wasn't following direction. The manager and leads were almost in my face and I felt threatened. I informed the upper management and for my safety, I decided to not return to the obvious toxic work environment. The company has had a tremendous turnover of employees, permanent and temporary. Not a good sign for an employer to have.
