Exciting projects but bad new CEO - Anonymous Quintain Limited Employee Review

Awesome company to work for, they have built an amazing culture. Leadership is excellent, they make sure everyone in the business is up-to-date with what's going on and how the business is doing and they are especially great at recognition. I felt really valued there. Great benefits too.

There wasn't much growth available to me in my particular role which meant I sadly had to move on for progression, though they seem to be growing again now.

- Colleagues (not managerial) were collaborative and supportive - Discounted tickets to Wembley Stadium

- The higher leadership and managers were awful to all staff, created a very toxic workplace and environment - No growth in company, high turnover
