- The higher leadership and managers were awful to all staff, created a very toxic workplace and environment - No growth in company, high turnover

The boots on the ground team were brilliant - shoutout to all the resident associates that carried the company throughout the pandemic with little to no recognition.

Cons

The company to not communicate nor consider the wellbeing of the team. Changes are made to job roles with no discussion or consideration.
