Awesome company to work for, they have built an amazing culture. Leadership is excellent, they make sure everyone in the business is up-to-date with what's going on and how the business is doing and they are especially great at recognition. I felt really valued there. Great benefits too.

There wasn't much growth available to me in my particular role which meant I sadly had to move on for progression, though they seem to be growing again now.

It's been an exciting project since I've worked there. Some great people to work with and good culture overall

The new CEO (not James Saunders who was great) is toxic. He's not a good leader and it's changing peoples loyalty to the business Also a strange time for the company not sure what's next for the business
