      Pros

      Pretty fun to plan holidays, but no transferable skills you will learn from this

      Cons

      Unsustainable business model. Business is unable to hire good enough salespeople to hit the high sales target with the salary they can afford to offer. Explains the high turnover, and why employees are put on long probation to get milked for lower pay Bosses are not great, not helpful and will lose temper easily

      No real pros working here

      Cons

      Will drag probation period as long as possible to keep your salary to a minimum yet working you to your maximum. Bosses make decisions based on personal judgement and beware that they will attempt to foil any future interviews for other jobs you may have when you leave their contact.

      Practically no politics, young and vibrant company culture, good management, good communication between departments.
