      paid company trip when the company hits their yearly target

      Cons

      management has very bad mood swings the office always felt tensed up and working on your toes because of one management communication barrier remuneration is low and expect us to put in 100% effort when we get paid peanuts

      Pretty fun to plan holidays, but no transferable skills you will learn from this

      Cons

      Unsustainable business model. Business is unable to hire good enough salespeople to hit the high sales target with the salary they can afford to offer. Explains the high turnover, and why employees are put on long probation to get milked for lower pay Bosses are not great, not helpful and will lose temper easily
