High learning, but poor work culture - Data Analyst Intern Qwixpert Employee Review

the learning curve is good - but tools used only excel

toxic management, managers are the worst - literally sadists if they don't like you (which is almost everyone, even new hires), micromanagement, poor company culture, no work life, they expect you to work long hours and even on the weekends after setting unrealistic deadlines and expectations (even in internal deadlines??!), everyone is unhappy except the top management, even if other consulting companies have long work hours - at least they have good, helpful people and decent culture

Good learning opportunity for those interested in supply chain consultancy and warehouse designing

1. Top management is extremely aggressive and not at all flexible 2. Micromangemt till you resign 3. They will make you clock 12 hrs a day throughout the year even when you aren't assigned on a project 4. The Principal who's next to the MD, controls everyone and the only way you can peacefully work here is if she likes you(which is next to impossible)
