      none as far as I know.

      Cons

      The managers, especially the MD, don't even have the basic human decency while treating employees. The company environment feels like a jail with people suffering inside. The company has a lack of projects and assigns people to internal business development work, making them work 12-15 hours to build useless databases. The managers treat employees like they own them. Please, for the sake of mental sanity, do not join the organization.
