Managers are bullies (if you are between the ages of 18-23 you will be fine as they like younger people) Staff are useless Hours are long Bad pay (10p above minimum wage) Job is boring Strict on breaks

There are NON to mention

You'll get sick from the freezing cold constantly, that's unless you catch infections from others. You'll be expected to work faster than the normal machine output. If not, you're shunned, if you complain about anything to hr the outcome will and is designed to go in favour of the company, people in higher positions lie through their teeth, the place is not fit for purpose, if you go there be prepared, and if your lucky enough like me you'll walk out and never look back, that's if your lucky enough too, 6 deaths in 9 years, all swept under the carpet, due to an excessively paced environment.
