Management is HORRIBLE!! - Parts Coordinator R.F. MacDonald Employee Review

RF MacDonald is constantly striving to better itself as a company to the benefit of its employees. Being in management I see the behind the curtain work that goes into making sure we are constantly improving the employee experience here. The company works hard at promoting within. I'm living proof of that. I feel very fortunate to work for a company that truly cares about their employees. I look forward to coming to work everyday and I'm guessing that's not very common these days.

None that I can think of at this time.

It's not a bad place to work.

Not much advancement opportunity. People tend to stay in the same position for years.
