Pros

Recruitment of Leads, Sr. Leads and Mangers bring in solid talent. Smart colleagues, willing to put in extra hours to achieve goals.

Cons

Why does senior leadership invest more time and efforts with entry and mid level talent? Not enough internal promotions. We bring in all these VP's and SVP's and no one below them is promoted!

- People are easy to work with - Great exposure to healthcare revenue cycle and working with healthcare data - Remote work is big plus

- Depending on teams, some are more meeting-heavy while others are not
