Pros
- lots of potential for career progression. I started in telesales then after just 1 year of consistently hitting my target I was progressed into the business development team. - The office is a very friendly environment with teams playing for a prize such as a free lunch every week as well as dress down Fridays to ease you into the weekend. - the commission structure gives you the ability to bring in an additional 5-20 grand a year with monthly and quarterly bonuses
Cons
Being a sales company at first the KPI's can seem daunting but once you're comfortable in the role I found them easily achievable
