      Good reliability and scalability. The enterprise-level systems are highly stable, and the company offers a great work-life balance with excellent job security. Great colleagues and a collaborative culture.

      Cons

      Internal processes can be bureaucratic and slow-moving. Decision-making requires too many layers of approval, which limits rapid innovation. Compensation is also slightly below pure-tech market standard

      Super bad atmosphere at the company. You need to spend a lot of time to earn you director, MD's favor. The politics here is super bad. Pay attention to those who get along well with boss and be careful not to make them unhappy.
