Pros
Wonderful co-workers, good time off policies, VP supervisors are knowledgeable and supportive; they make a point of giving positive feed back on your work.
Cons
Employees from customer service on up to VP's are overworked and stressed out. Pay is low for the amount of work expected, many go years without raises. There is the appearance of favoritism.
