Upper management clueless and HR is obnoxious

Staff is fabulous. Family friendly.

Cons

Talents are not respected. Seems like they value no one. They play favorites. HR has no training and is totally self-serving. Pay scale isn’t great and everyone is overworked. The top brass is sneaky.

Pros

Wonderful co-workers, good time off policies, VP supervisors are knowledgeable and supportive; they make a point of giving positive feed back on your work.

Cons

Employees from customer service on up to VP's are overworked and stressed out. Pay is low for the amount of work expected, many go years without raises. There is the appearance of favoritism.

Seems OK from the outside but the management is the worst.

The people/employees are great minus the management. Had a great time and made alot of friends here which I will keep forever but please read the Cons to understand why the Pros have no impact.

Cons

Everything. They treat you like nothing, you dont get promotions they do not care for you as a person. From the outside coming in, they act like they are not like the other companies. Once you are on the inside they really no longer treat you as a person.
